SMILES Center for Independent Living was established in 1990 to provide services for people with disabilities in the nine county region of South Central Minnesota. SMILES is a nonprofit organization committed to providing a wide array of services that assist individuals with disabilities to live independently, pursue meaningful goals, and enjoy the same opportunities and choices as all persons. SMILES serves people with any type of disability in becoming as independent as they can be.
