DeafBlind Services Minnesota (DBSM) provides support, information, referral, training, and advocacy to deafblind Minnesotans. DBSM works closely with deaf, deafblind and blind adults, and with deafblind children and their families, schools, and service providers. Our mission is to advance the independence of children and adults with combined hearing and vision loss.

Living Well Disability Services™ is a private, nonprofit 501(c)3 organization founded in West St. Paul in 1972 by parents of children with disabilities. We provide Residential Services and Customized Services to people with disabilities throughout the region. Living Well Disability Services currently operates 33 homes in 19 communities. Our Customized services support adults and children throughout the region. We currently serve 300 adults and young adults with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. Over 600 full-time, part-time and occasional employees, including direct care providers, occupational therapists, medical and support staff.

LSS Specialized Community Supports (SCS) is a unique housing and support option for children and adults who haven’t found successful long-term placement in traditional support settings. Reach for Resources, Inc. is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to support individuals with disabilities and mental illness to reach their full potential. We do this by providing individualized services that maximize independence, promote community involvement, and improve physical and mental well-being. Reach serves over 1,000 individuals each year through our Adaptive Recreation & Inclusion, Independent Living and Employment Support, Mental Health Support, and Waiver Case Management services.
