Founded in 1960, Avivo provides shelter and housing supports, chemical and mental health services, career education, and employment services. We specialize in helping individuals and families who face personal or systemic barriers – poverty, homelessness, joblessness, chemical addiction or mental health concerns. Avivo pairs services to support each person’s unique path to better health, stability and economic or career advancement. Avivo serves Minnesotans living in the Twin Cities and St. Cloud metro areas.

From a grassroots organization, WACOSA has grown dramatically over the years, serving over 650 adults with disabilities having one or more cognitive and/or physical challenges. WACOSA’ s services are provided at our five program locations, located in Waite Park, St. Cloud and Sauk Centre, MN. Our programs provide a wide variety of personal life enrichment activities, employment and career options, and volunteering and community connection opportunities.
