The 2025 Unified 5k and AdaptXpo is an inclusive road race and adaptive sports expo at Lake Phalen in Saint Paul on Sunday, June 8th, that fosters community, connection, and competition. The event emphasizes building inclusive communities, creating opportunities, and making fitness and physical activity accessible for people with intellectual and physical disabilities. We offer a one mile and 5k course and allow participants to walk, run, roll, or row the distance. We acknowledge and recognize a variety of adaptive categories. The AdaptXpo educates our communities about adaptive sports and fitness.
