Apartment 2B is a hauntingly beautiful new physical comedy-drama told entirely without dialogue. Set in a weathered apartment building on the edge of the city, four isolated tenants and a reclusive superintendent are drawn together by an unexpected incident that sparks the fragile beginnings of community.
Blending expressive full-face masks, physical theater, and touches of magical realism, Apartment 2B explores loneliness, grief, and the quiet power of human connection.

Created by performer Katie Kaufmann and directed by Erin Leigh Crites, this unique ensemble piece invites audiences to experience the story through movement, sound, light—and their own interpretation.
