We are being threatened with eviction because we’re disabled, because we asked for accommodations, and because we dared to assert our rights. This isn’t just about housing—it’s about justice, access, and survival.

Our landlord accepted public funds to make our home accessible, and now wants to push us out. This violates the Fair Housing Act, Minnesota Human Rights Act, and the promise of Olmstead—that disabled people have the right to live in our communities, not be forced into institutions or instability.

Join us at the rally to say: We will not be quietly removed. We will not be punished for needing access. We will not be segregated.
