To The Editor:

I have been reading with great concern information about the proposed rider fare increase for Metro Mobility services.

I am concerned about the many disabled workers that I work with, that I know have limited incomes. Some of the proposed fares will double the current amounts paid by these riders. This will in many cases have a severe impact upon their ability to afford to go to work. In some cases they will pay more to travel to work than they will make in wages. I feel that the proposed rider fare increase should not happen. The Metro Mobility system needs increased State funding, not increased rider fares to be paid by those who cannot afford to pay.

Sincerely,
Lyth J. Hartz
