MN-CCD Seeks Applications for the Managing Director Position
The Minnesota Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities (MN-CCD) seeks qualified applicants for the position of Managing Director. MN-CCD is a 501.c.4 non-profit membership organization. Members of the MN-CCD are organizations that serve or advocate on behalf of people with disabilities. The MN-CCD seeks to influence, promote and change public policy to improve the lives of people with disabilities through building awareness, providing education and engaging the community. MN-CCD envisions equity and opportunity for all people with disabilities to lead meaningful, productive and self-directed lives.
The successful applicant for the Managing Director position will possess knowledge of the person-centered approach philosophy and practice, non-profit operation or management experience, demonstrate a strong familiarity with membership organization dynamics, have strong communication skills, have a strong interest in public policy affecting the disability community, and financial management skills.
